Our Commitment
Packethub Technologies Ltd. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Standards We Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
- Keyboard navigability throughout the platform
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios for all text
- Descriptive alt text on all informational images
- Logical heading hierarchy on every page
- Screen-reader-compatible course player controls
- Captions available on course videos upon request
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas are still being improved:
- Older PDF certificates may not be fully screen-reader compatible — we are updating these.
- Some interactive lab content relies on third-party tools with their own accessibility frameworks.
- Live webinar sessions use Zoom, which has its own accessibility features detailed at zoom.us/accessibility.
Assistive Technologies
Packethub has been tested with the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA + Chrome (Windows)
- VoiceOver + Safari (macOS and iOS)
- TalkBack + Chrome (Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
